Registered Nurse RN
Job DescriptionInsight Global is a Registered Nurse for a long-term healthcare home.
As the Registered Nurse, it is your responsibility to supervise staff, monitor patients, develop patient care plans for long-term needs and administer medications as needed.
You are expected to provide top notch clinical care in compliance with current federal and state requirements/guidelines.
You will observe and report resident responses to medication, maintain narcotic records, order or arrange for pharmaceuticals and notifying physicians of automatic stop order.
As the RN, you should maintain positivity, comply with company policy, benefit from team collaboration and effectively address patients or residents with concerns or resolutions in terms of conflict.
The shift is a 3x12 and can be from 6am-6pm or 8am-8pm.
Long-term care environment experienceBSN Preferred, Graduate of an accredited RN School of NursingActive RN License in the state of IdahoExperience with progress notes, flowsheets, consents and documentationCPR Certification Recommended Skills Cpr Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Works Health Care Nursing Progress Note Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
